Information regarding visits to our website and form data entries

Whilst visiting our website and entering form data, we may collect information about your computer and your visit/s, such as:

Your full name, address, telephone, mobile, email date of birth, business name and address.
Details of your performers and their dob, address, school attended, age and any current medical conditions, used for licence purposes only by Councils responsible for granting BOP licences
Other details concerning your chaperones & DBS holders, such as name, age, gender, licence number, council granting licence, other details as required by the Council responsible for granting a BOPA licence
These are deleted within 30-60 days after an event.

In addition to the above, we will also collect data about your routines you may perform, music for such routines, performers in routines with their age and gender
